He was born on 18th day of the month of October in the year 1987. He has the real blood of being a Caviteño. He had done his degree course of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in General Science in De La Salle University in the City of Dasmariñas, Cavite.
Sir RC finished his primary education in Dasmariñas Bagong Bayan Elementary School in Area III and finished his secondary education in Dasmariñas North National High School.
Aside from teaching, he has a skill in drawing and computer. He spent his spare time in playing computer games, watching television and reading books.
Mr. Cubio’s principle in life is, “Live your life to the fullest!” Moreover, if he did not pursue his teaching, he might have a work in any institution and/ or he has his own business.
